The New Spanish Traditional is a newly constructed, 3-bedroom house, crafted in the spirit of a historic Los Angeles home. Our client requested a simpler iteration of a traditional Spanish Colonial, replicating the architectural character of an original home with cleanly reimagined interiors. Rather than maximizing square footage, the house consciously addresses the scale and size of its corner lot. The floor plan opens carefully towards the property with a pool and guesthouse, and remains cognizant of its site in the flats of Westwood, with views of Century City from the primary bedroom.
