Hillside Overlook was an easy naming choice for this project because that's what it is and what it provides. From the upper level deck, the custom outcropping negotiates the hillside. The pond and fire pit provide a sense of place in this bucolic suburban setting. Muted plantings are expertly integrated as a nod to the surrounding conservancy.

If the pond, fire pit and view aren't quite enough there's always bocce ball out on the expansive lawn panel.
