This complete first-floor renovation of a traditional colonial home focused on maximizing space, improving flow, and updating original features. The existing layout included multiple small rooms, dark wood trim, outdated wood paneling, and a kitchen that had never been modernized. Without an open floor plan or clear sightlines, the homeowners found themselves primarily using only the kitchen and living room.

Our design-build team reimagined the entire first floor to create a brighter, more connected living space that supports daily living and entertaining. The addition of a custom-designed screened porch and expanded back deck enhances outdoor living and strengthens the connection to the backyard. The result is a fully updated colonial home that blends classic charm with functional, modern living.
