A 1906 classic revival home in Denver's Country Club Historic District where we connected the home to the carriage house, while updating systems, improved energy efficiency, created a new sun-filled kitchen and breakfast room, and a new stairway to the basement. Winner of the Mayor's Design Award, 2014 for historical compatibility and a CARE Award from the HBA Metro Denver.
