A dramatic re-interpretation of Mediterranean revival for a 1926 home of unknown style (that had been badly remodeled for years). This involved resizing windows and getting rid of modern picture units, removing the gable roof and replacing it with a hipped tiled roof with broad overhangs and brackets. New custom wood shutters, ironwork, and new stucco help make the home new. A second floor study was added over an existing one story sunroom at left, while a guest room dug out underneath. Winner of local and national awards for historically-inspired remodeling.
