Client requested Master Plan design for back & side yards to coordinate with new house addition project, which included complete renovation / reconfiguration of existing deck. We designed all elements on plans and installed: fireplace, water feature, hardscape elements (patio, natural stone steps, outcropping walls, gravel drainage swale, landscape lighting), landscaping and sod lawn. Client requested project design and materials be unique and natural to compliment and flow into the existing backyard woods.

Construction debris, stockpiled soils and a muddy site were issues in initial stages of the project. Since we were awarded the fireplace project after the deck renovation (by others), special care had to be taken during fireplace installation to protect the brand new deck & railing.
