A new marriage and two houses led our clients to the decision to remodel her house and sell his. Her house had a lovely yard and setting, but lacked a proper master bedroom and no space for his office, books and collections.

To remedy the situation, we added a master bedroom, remodeled the master bath, added a sunroom and converted the bonus room above the garage into a study for him. The new space and finishes will now allow them to enjoy living in the house for years to come.
