The owners of this West End-area home loved where they lived. The location was within walking and biking distance of both work and school. But as the children (and their friends) grew older and bigger, the house began to feel cramped and crowded. Not wanting to move, the owners turned to us for a solution.

We designed and built a second-story addition that not only looks seamless, but gives the extra space they craved, while respecting the architecture and scale of houses on the street. Now, on a whim, they can enjoy each other’s company or spread out and relax in privacy.
