This 5,000 sq. ft. Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) custom home was built with energy efficiency in mind with a 14 kilowatt solar panel array, energy star rated systems including a whole-house HRV (heat recovery ventilation), heat pump units for forced hot air and air conditioning, and in slab radiant heat flooring. It’s unique layout consists of two master suites on the first floor, and two on on the second floor, each with their own master bathroom and walk-in closet. A large kitchen, dining room and family room overlook the property’s acreage.
