Inexpensive Changes with Significant Impact

Strategic changes can have a big impact. Spending a little money upfront can significantly increase the speed at which a property sells and maximize return on investment.

When working in an occupied property we use furniture and furnishings available in the space. You will notice many items including art moved from their original locations. See if you can identify where these items moved.
