Overcoming Obstacles and Adding Value in a Flip Property

Despite magnificent views, this property needed much more than TLC. The investor was able to purchase it well due to numerous systems problems. It is important to fix the underlying issues properly and address the layout concerns before adding the finishing touches. This house is now a fortress, beautiful, and positioned to sell for top dollar. It will bring peace of mind and much happiness to its new owners.

The guest bath has a tub. Removing the spa tub allowed room to expand the shower and create a wet room.

A major obstacle in this property was access to the guest bathroom. Your choices were either from the laundry room past the kitchen or through the second bedroom on the right. This created an uneasy flow for guests or anyone using the first bedroom on the right.

Access to a bedroom is nice and thus it was maintained. Access from the hall overcame a major obstacle that could have reduced buyer interest and thus sales price.
