Custom installed 8" White Oak laid over a radiant heat Warmboard system. For this particular floor, we used an old-world staining technique known as Iron Buff. Magic Oil Gray was used as the topcoat for the final look of the floor. This home was shown in the 2014 Park City Parade of Homes.
