For this home, we began with a very rough looking floor. It was a mix of 2" X 0.5" Red and White Oaks. Because of years of wear and tear, the floor was left damaged and in poor condition. With the addition of new wood and re-sanding and re-finishing the old wood, we were able to revive the floor and give the home a whole new look. The final product used a satin, clear finish to give the floor a clean and smooth look that also requires very little maintenance.
