For this home, we laid a brand new wood floor over an existing hardwood floor. The new flooring consisted of 6", 8", and 10" White Oak with a White Magic Oil finish. The lighter wood with the white stain made the home feel more open and appear larger. White Oak is also very durable, making it a great choice for high-traffic areas in any home.
