Overlooking the Potomac river, the Jennings residence is one of the few two-story units the historic Watergate complex offers. Surrounded by an expansive outdoor terrace, our design intention was to create cohesive and open living and dining spaces that would seamlessly extend into the terrace. The kitchen was also reconfigured to create a more functional and spacious work area. On the upper level, our scope of design included enlarging the guest bedroom, and redesigning the master suite to create a spacious master bathroom and closet area.
