This project sits in the heart of the Logan Circle neighborhood, and involved a much needed restoration of the historic street facade. The interior was completely reconfigured to house a separate English basement style apartment, and an open dining, kitchen and living area on the main floor. A light-filled central curved staircase leads to four bedrooms on the upper floors. We created an addition that opened the home to the outside with a generous deck at the main living room, a private outdoor terrace on the third floor leading to a roof deck with panoramic views of the city. Bold blue glossy accents tie the main floor together.
