This full-site design was geared to reduce maintenance, while increasing ecological interest. A vibrant pollinator garden welcomes visitors to the front entrance. A modern privacy fence encloses the back yard, where meadow grasses and perennial understory plantings thrive beneath established trees.

Pollinator-Friendly Front Yard
A Japanese Maple and a Weeping Cherry tree shade a concrete entry path and perennial garden: Heuchera (Coral Bells), Carex testacea (Orange Sedge), and Iris sibirica (Siberian Iris).

A front entry path is bordered by a drought-tolerant + pollinator-friendly perennial garden of Carex testacea (Bronze sedge), Sesleria autumnalis (Autumn Moor Grass), Iris tenax (Oregon Iris), + Salvia greggii (Texas Sage).

Feathery stalks of Calamagrostis x acutiflora 'Karl Foerster' (Karl Foerster Grass) create a warm + soft accent in front of horizontal slatted cedar privacy fencing.
