Pompano Lounge & Kitchen Remodel
Description: This two level townhouse has a fantastic open layout, requiring minimal major structural changes. Client requested a ground floor kitchen, lounge & bathroom renovation.
Design & Construction: Although the original layout was excellent, the property required a substantial update and re-design due to previous poor maintenance. The new owner requested a simple, clean look with lots of white and neutral tones. We stripped out all three rooms, repaired various interior walls and updated the lighting throughout. The concrete floor required leveling in several areas so a new laminate floor could be installed to our very high standards.
The stairs leading to the second floor had a simple and cool design but, they were badly presented with heavy black finish. The lower section was painted the wall color and we carried over the laminate floor onto the stair treads, making the original railing a new design feature. We installed shaker style kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops and Samsung S/S appliances. Property was to be rented, so we added a Nest entrance security system.
