Kid Client Input

Children can have incredible open minded ideas of how a room, especially their's, could look with paint colors. I like to get their input and meld their 'out of the box' thinking with mom &/or dad's vision to create a Kid Color Made Personal room. It usually involves a '4 year paint plan' meaning the room is staying that way for a few years so it has to meet some parent criteria too. You can always shut the door if you need to.

No longer wanting all pink in her pre-tween room, this kid client narrowed her new color choice to a friendly turquoise that coordinated her bead spread's blues, pinks, and purples.

All barn doors do not have to be red. This kid client ( and parents) repurposed a previous owner's theme room and kept the closet door texture just with a twist. This younger girl's room is now pink and white and much less 'boyish'. Photos by Color Redesign

A toddler can grow through the tween years with a youthful paint color in their room. Purples walls allow for all ranges of accent colors from green to orange. The neon can stay in the accessories instead of on the wall! Photos by Color Redesign
