Completed in 2023, this ground-up custom residence is a contemporary interpretation of the classic American Craftsman. While the exterior honors tradition with signature gabled rooflines, tapered stone-base columns, and deep overhanging eaves, the interior has been engineered for a high-performance, modern lifestyle.
The design vision was to create a "warm modern" environment. This was achieved by pairing the clean lines of open-concept living with the rich textures of natural wood and stone. The heart of the home is a voluminous great room that flows effortlessly into a chef-caliber kitchen. By leveraging our Developer Advantage, we outfitted the home with bespoke, floor-to-ceiling millwork and premium stone surfaces—achieving a level of finish typically reserved for much higher price points through our direct global supply chain.
Sustainability and smart-home integration were prioritized throughout the build. From the high-efficiency building envelope to the integrated architectural lighting, this home demonstrates that timeless "Craftsman" character can coexist perfectly with 21st-century innovation and structural certainty.
