The existing house is a classic modern home built in the 1960s. Our goal was to maintain the integrity of the existing design while updating and enlarging some areas. By reconfiguring walls and spaces, we were able to achieve the client's needs without having to add any square footage to the house. The new layout creates a much more open and workable kitchen and a functional bathroom that now houses a bathtub as well as a separate shower and more convenient closets.
