We were hired by the homeowner to renovate his bright, and somewhat outdated, kitchen to reflect a more refined image. The old cabinetry, as well as the box above the old cabinets, was removed, and new, glass-front cabinets were installed. The old checkerboard flooring was removed, and wood laid in its place. The old Formica countertops were replaced, and under-cabinet lighting was installed for ambiance.
