We redesigned the existing space to create an open-concept, modern and functional kitchen as well as enlarging the second bathroom and creating space for an office with built-in guest bed.

We removed the small, outdated galley kitchen between two small eating nooks and removed the wall separating the kitchen from the living room. We created a large, open, modern kitchen with optimal workflow and enlarged the dining area.
