This 1941 home in the heart of Laurelhurst, Seattle was in original condition when we started our renovation. Exterior work included new roofing, decks, windows, siding repair/replacement, chimney repair, new doors, landscaping and paint.

The kitchen was not large, so really needed to have function built in. The 7' island features waterfall quartz counter tops, a pop up electrical outlet, extra storage and houses the dishwasher and microwave drawer. Plenty of storage is available in the L-Shaped cabinetry plan, with soft closed...

Adding a sliding glass door and reconfiguring the window design allows privacy from the neighbors, while opening access into the backyard patio.

The second floor Primary Suite was created by vaulting the ceilings, adding in large windows and cladding the floors in European Oak Hardwoods.

Arched mirrors above the double vanity mimic the shape of the large window in the Primary Bedroom.
