Storage was the main concern for this condo, so we made sure there was plenty of cabinets with space to put things away when needed. We added glass cabinets both above and below the TV, which served as a place to store electronics and to hide the PVR box for less clutter. We designed the kitchen upper cabinets all the way to the

ceiling for maximum storage capacity. The original layout was modified; we removed a hallway next to the bathroom which allowed for a bigger bathroom, and more cabinets including a linen tower that otherwise was not possible in the plan prior. The den was converted into a walk in closet, which tripled the closet space.
