Located in the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago, this two story plus basement building was originally a two flat. The structure was completely gutted and renovated into a single family residence. The exterior metal work was restored and painted. A new floor layout was done by relocating the existing interior stairs. An addition off the rear of the home was also completed.
