New construction single family residence. The owners wanted a Prairie Style house on the exterior with a porch on the front. With the property located on a corner, it allowed us to create a wrap around front porch that connected the front entry door, and the side mud room door. It also allowed the garages to be put on the side and not facing the main street making the front elevation richer with the Prairie Style details such as the large overhangs, stone columns with a steel railing detailed with Prairie style patterns.
