We developed this beautiful basement in Tuscany, NW Calgary, Alberta for a young family. The homeowners wanted a large open area to relax in, entertain their family and friends and invite guests to stay over. We matched a lot of the existing finishes from the main and upper floors and added natural elements such as the natural slate tile in the luxury spa, digital steam shower and the rock walls throughout the basement main room area.

The main focus of the rec room is the beautiful custom bar with lower and upper cherry cabinetry, wine racks and glass fronted display cases. We designed the bar to include a bar fridge, sink/faucet and a Sharp microwave drawer which is awesome for pop corn making!
