This home was just down the street from a previous client, they loved their neighbors 'new' home they were eager to get started on their own home transformation.

The existing home had a great footprint and the size was right, it just needed the heavy, dated oak cabinetry removing and modernized throughout. The kitchen was completely transformed using custom cabinetry, new appliances and gorgeous flooring that was laid throughout the main floor. A beautifully painted island is the central feature of the kitchen. It is used daily for eating breakfast, packing school lunches and prepping this busy families dinner.

Th new living area is simple and modern with seating and a TV area. The underused back entry area was transformed using custom cabinetry from messy to an ultra functional utility area with family storage for coats, hats, shoes and winter boots as well as accessories. The magnetic notice boards are great for schedules and school notices. Heated tile flooring is great for keeping feet warm and so easy to keep clean!

Upstairs we renovated the family and ensuite bathrooms using sleek fixtures, white custom cabinetry and sparking quartz. Mom and Dad are really enjoying their new steam shower!!
