This magical home was designed by architect Ellsworth Storeyin 1909and was designated a Seattle Landmark in 1979. Located in the Madrona Park neighborhood, it is filled with charming details including tulip cut-outs, beamed ceilings and granite fireplace. We renovated the kitchen, butler’s pantry and bathrooms with new details that are in keeping with the history of the home. Stunning marble countertops, inset cabinet style, hand-made tiles and brass hardware pair beautifully with the existing historic details.The color palette is rich and saturated accented by bold wallpaper while the furnishings are youthful and modern.
