This project transformed an unused attic in the Mahncke Park historical subdivision into a full primary suite with modern features and added living space. The design included an open bathroom, a new laundry room, dedicated storage and an open floating staircase with no risers for a clean architectural look. Working in a historic subdivision requires careful planning, accurate measurements and attention to structural details. The final result delivered functional square footage and a major lifestyle upgrade while respecting the character of the home.
