Historic Home Renovation in San Antonio

This River Road subdivision project involved a full gut renovation of a historic home. The goal was to preserve its character while giving the interior a modern upgrade with bold design elements and improved function. The home received a custom wood slat ceiling, Andersen doors and windows, a new primary bathroom with a soaking tub, wallpaper accents, his and her custom closets with Elfa shelving, painted kitchen cabinets, refinished wood floors, an upstairs laundry room and a new roof. The garage was converted into a workout studio, office and bathroom with a screened in porch.
