Standalone UPS and Boost Mobile Building

This Windcrest project delivered a full renovation of a standalone commercial building occupied by a UPS Store and Boost Mobile. The structure was gutted and rebuilt from the interior to the exterior. The goal was to upgrade the property, modernize all building systems and improve long term performance for both tenants.

Scope of Work
• Full interior demolition and rebuild
• New EIFS exterior for a clean, durable finish
• Updated electrical service sized for multi tenant use
• New HVAC systems for comfort and efficiency
• Drop ceilings installed for lighting and mechanical layout
• LED lighting throughout the building
• New dumpster pad poured for code compliance
• Exterior improvements for curb appeal and tenant traffic
• Final inspections and punch list completion
