My client asked for a kitchen expansion by taking out the wall between the dining and kitchen. Additionally, she wanted her greatroom, master bath, upstairs main bath and entrance staircase remodeled. We needed to shorten windows in the dining room to accommodate the long counters. We extended the center island and created a permanent table at counter height, for the perfect entertaining area.
We overhauled her master bath with new cabinets, quartz tops and new walk-in shower and free standing spa tub.
The staircase railing and carpet were all replaced and the entire area was painted to complement the new design.
The overall result was more open and updated home. More importantly, my client is thrilled with the results!
