This spacious home overlooking the ocean received a kitchen renovation to make better use of the space, update the look and provide a more permanent working counter.
The cabinets are a custom made gray stain on maple to match the gray brown large crystals in the polished Bordeaux granite. Lots of deep drawers were added and all the appliances were replaced with modern stainless steel units. There is a large pantry with rollout shelves, a deep cabinet over the fridge for baking tin, cookie sheet and tray storage, a desk to sit at for perusing recipes, a sprawling island and lots of perimeter counters, of which one faces the dining room and has a pass through. There is a large crown moulding on all the wall cabinets and large scrolled corbels to support the granite overhang on the island that add nice detail to this grand and imposing kitchen, perfect for a chef.
