Master Bath Upgrade

We kept the same layout for this remodel as the space worked for its size.
The original shower was closed in with wall structure and a lower ceiling.
We gutted the shower completely, raised the ceiling to increase headroom, and repaired the subfloor from previous leaks. Upon repair, we reframed and opened up the space by adding glass on the corner and front.
The heating was upgraded to radiant below the tiles and an additional heater under the window to replace the inefficient baseboard unit. Pot lights were added to brighten up the space along with a new 110cfm bathroom fan to exhaust the humidity. A custom vanity, faucets and quartz top completed the area.
The original medicine cabinet was refinished to match the vanity and installed inside the wall to save space.
