This family in Vienna, VA wanted to add more function to their Master Bathroom. The design team at Bianco Renovations was able to help. We gave them a floating, dual vanity with large sinks and a rectangular mosaic backsplash above the granite top. The floor and shower walls are done in honed travertine with two sizes of tile on the shower walls divided by mosaic border and a pencil rail.
A niche in the shower walls is lined with the same rectangular mosaic, while the shower floor is done in a glass stone mosaic pattern. A bench in the shower is made of the same granite as the vanity top, which can be seen through the frameless shower doors on the half wall.
A small water closet is added for privacy behind a pocket door, lined with the same travertine wall tile and border seen in the shower for continuity. Recessed lighting in front of the vanity keeps the bathroom well lit for friendly family use.
