As part of a residential addition and comprehensive renovation project for a 1940’s Mediterranean, Podesta Construction’s Design - Build expertise is showcased in this beautiful Bathroom Addition and Kitchen Remodel. New cherry dark stained cabinets were installed throughout the kitchen with a large island with bar sink. The range hood was designed to look as if part of the upper cabinets in dark cherry and a decorative tile backsplash was installed above the granite countertops. The new Master Bath received a large walk in shower. New porcelain tile with decorative accents and glass block walls allowed for plenty of space and natural light.
