The object of this project was to transform a historically and architecturally significant 1898 Victorian house built by San Francisco Master Builder, Fernando Nelson, into a modern-day replica with functional floor plan and expanded space. The project required leaving the existing facade in place, while upgrading 80% of the existing foundation. A slight expansion was added off the rear of the property to serve as the new extended Living Room.
