This home was listed as a "Living Legend" since it was built in 1973 and had never been modified. Again, in order to maximise the return on investment for the property developer, we had to carefully plan the reconfiguration of the living area as well as adopt various ways to efficiently manage remodeling expenses. We moved the house into the twenty-first century by opening it up and updating the kitchen. We removed the outdated fireplace so that the living area could be used as an open-plan living space.
