A restoration and addition to a 1905 Queen Anne/Victorian single family residence on the National Register of Historic Places in northwest Portland. Work included a complete reconstruction of the front porch, repair/replacement of exterior siding and trim, seismic upgrade, complete interior finish restoration, foundation replacement and raising of entire home by a foot, new detached garage with vehicle lift for 2 cars and a new kitchen and rear stair addition.
