A residence built on an undeveloped 5,000 sf infill lot that slopes to the east and features a large Star Magnolia tree and views of Mount Hood and the Willamette Valley.

The Owner grew up in a family-owned lumber yard / construction company and wanted a home that expressed the use of simple “off the shelf” construction materials and the art of construction framing.
