Our firm was fortunate enough to design and build this original structure. Then 6 yrs later the property changed hands and we were again summoned to design an addition to the main structure and completely redesign the existing one car garage to a carriage house over a two car garage. Precedent was made to keep the original character of the site and structure as untouched as possible, but accommodate the new client's needs. We used the same roof lines and materials along with protecting the fantastic views of the site to give this amazing home a slightly new, and attractive agenda. In completion, we enhanced the existing character of the home that the clients fell in love with and gently brought their distinct personality into the space.
