Our 4th Passive House project in the area was dictated by a beautiful riverside site, colorful cliffs and big views. Lots of glass, a well thought out palette of materials and quality design made this project a success. This house being air tight, having a lack of thermal bridging, air filtration and triple pane windows uses 80% less energy than a standard built house this size and is more comfortable and healthy to live in.
