A fun and challenging space with attention to detail and views, this addition called for enclosing an existing patio to gain a new room inside the existing home. Lots of angles, ceiling heights and views lead the program. The success of this project was due to the rich and warm materials like the walnut floor and cherry crown and trim as well as the modern fireplace and built in cabinet. Each window or glass door frames a unique view over Durango Colorado.
