Located on a smaller lot in the heart of Denver, the owner of this Mediterranean styled newly constructed home asked LIFESCAPE to maximize the potential of the space. Belgard Mega Laffit Pavers were used for the patio surfaces, giving a rustically elegant touch. A firepit (with TV above) warms up the space, while a water feature with annuals surrounding create a central focal point to view the landscape behind. With a mix of evergreen and deciduous flowering trees planted around the perimeter to soften the fence, evergreen boxwood hedges, and colorful perennials give the planting beds pop and ever-changing color display throughout the season.
