Small space, big expectations! This garden takes advantage of every square inch of this 800 square foot backyard. Grade changes and a small unusable patio rendered the back yard useless, and the remaining “bowling alley” space created nothing but challenges. The client’s goals were to create a functional outdoor space that included a kitchen with bar seating, fountain, sculpture area, dining, lounging, beautiful containers, plantings, lighting and music. Lifescape used Mosaic glass tile for the fountain, two-tone natural stone for the patio, granite counter tops with Viking appliances, and ceramic pots with bright annuals to help turn this tight space into the perfect place to entertain and relax.
