One of our returning clients had an issued with cracking tiles in the bathroom and wood flooring with water damage. They didn't want to redo the entire bathroom and it was, for the most part, in really good shape. We were able to remove the toilet, vanity, and old tile. We installed new hexagon shaped tile and were able to put back the same toilet and vanity, saving them money.

The flooring on the other hand, had to all be pulled out. We replaced it with a glue down wood flooring, installed new shoe mold, painted the old trim and the walls.
