This Winter Park powder bathroom was designed as a bold architectural statement within the home.

The floating vanity is constructed from red marble with a fully integrated sink. The slab was precision water-jet cut, then mitered and epoxied to achieve clean architectural lines and the visual impact of a continuous stone form.

A clear glass block wall provides privacy while allowing natural light to pass through the space. The surrounding walls were finished with a custom antiqued technique that creates a brushed copper appearance, adding warmth and layered texture.

The backsplash features hand-glazed zellige tile known for its subtle variation and reflective glaze. Suspended chandelier-style pendants and a softly lit mirror introduce depth and layered lighting.

The marble floor was composed of eight different color variations in a 4x4 format. Every piece was dry laid and mapped before installation to control tone distribution and visual rhythm throughout the room.

This project highlights how precise stonework, detailed planning, and material discipline can transform a compact powder bath into a defining design moment.
