We met with this client and quickly saw that there was going to be a lot of water damage. It really was a shame, the shower was three years old. The tile work looked great, the problem, behind the tile was done incorrectly. If you do not complete a job the right way from start to finish, it will eventually show. Our client bought this house and the prior homeowner did the entire remodel himself, hence the name "Homeowner Special".
